Todd Raines

Todd Raines is an Adjunct Professor of Aviation Cybersecurity Management at Capitol Technology University. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Astronautical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity from National University (California). His career includes 21 years as a fighter aircraft pilot in the U.S. Air Force, 7 years as a Flight Officer with United Airlines, and 12 years in cyber warfare operations at U.S. Cyber Command. Currently, he serves as a civil servant in the U.S. Space Force (Pentagon). His expertise spans aviation, cybersecurity, and critical infrastructure protection.
