Gary Rabe is a full-time Professor of Criminal Justice at Minot State University. He earned a Ph.D. in Criminology from the University of Delaware and an M.A. in Criminology and Corrections from Sam Houston State University.

Dr. Rabe serves on editorial boards and advisory commissions, including the North Dakota Commission on Alternatives to Incarceration.
