Francis Horner is a SCADpro professor at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) since 2023 and previously served as Professor of Foundation Studies at SCAD from 2019–2022. He earned an M.F.A. in fine arts from the University of Glasgow and a B.F.A. in sculpture from Virginia Commonwealth University.
