Fiona Fui-Hoon Nah

Fiona Fui-Hoon Nah is a Full-time Professor of Information Systems at the School of Computing and Information Systems (SCIS), Singapore Management University. She holds a PhD from the University of British Columbia (1997) and specializes in bridging technology and business strategy. Her research explores the intersection of human capabilities and automated systems within organizational contexts.

Research Focus:
Professor Nah investigates human-machine collaboration frameworks, user-centered technology design, and digital strategy implementation. Key themes include:

• Optimizing human-AI teamwork in business environments
• User experience design for enterprise systems
• Technology-driven organizational change
• Strategic alignment of IT investments

Academic Advising:
