Filip Lievens is a Lee Kong Chian Professor of Human Resources at Singapore Management University’s Lee Kong Chian School of Business. He holds visiting professorships at Ghent University (Belgium) and the University of Cape Town (South Africa). His expertise spans talent acquisition, situational judgment, and employer branding, with a focus on personnel selection methodologies. Lievens holds a PhD in Industrial/Organisational Psychology from Ghent University (1999) and has authored over 300 scholarly articles.
Research interests include assessment technology, personality dynamics in workplace settings, and the interplay between employer branding and recruitment strategies.
