Faye Seeman serves as Adjunct Professor of Harp Studies at Northern Illinois University's College of Visual and Performing Arts (School of Music) and Wheaton College, balancing academic instruction with an active performance career as principal harpist of the Chicago Sinfonietta Orchestra since 1993.
Her educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Arts from Eastern Michigan University and Master of Music from Boston University. Seeman's performance interests span orchestral music, jazz harp, and chamber collaborations, with notable work as founder of the Kithara Trio and member of the ZigZag Jazz Harp Quartet.
