Faisal Rahman

Faisal Rahman is a Professor and Founding Dean of the Graham School of Management (GSM) at Saint Xavier University. He established the GSM and its MBA program in 1983, securing corporate and community support to build the school's infrastructure. Key initiatives include overseas programs in France and Italy, mandatory business ethics courses at all academic levels, and fostering industry partnerships. His leadership has focused on preparing first-generation students for the workforce.
