Eya Meddeb serves as an Associate Lecturer in the Department of Computing at Worcester Business School, University of Worcester, while completing her full-time PhD studies within the same department.
Her academic qualifications include:
- BSc in Electrical Engineering (2016) from the National Engineering School of Tunis, Tunisia
- MSc in Economics and Management with Innovation Management specialization (2019) from the National Engineering School of Tunis, Tunisia
Her research spans Causal Inference, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Mining, Systems Modelling, System Dynamics, Employee Turnover, and Human Resources Management. Her doctoral work specifically investigates the integration of machine learning and causal inference through System Dynamics frameworks (based on Dr. John Sterman's methodology) to predict employee turnover, identify critical variables, and simulate decision-making scenarios for improved HR outcomes.
Supervised by Dr. Chris Bowers and Dr. Lynn Nichol, she holds no documented scientific awards or research grants. Her lecturing role is part-time due to her primary commitment as a full-time PhD candidate.
