Alison Dachner serves as a full-time Associate Professor of Management in the Department of Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain at John Carroll University's Boler College of Business, specializing in Employee Training and Development, Informal Learning, Management Education, Turnover, and Coworker Interpersonal Relationships.

Dr. Dachner maintains active professional engagement through membership in the Academy of Management, OBTS Teaching Society for Management Educators, Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and Society for Human Resource Management, while serving on the academic advisory board for Northeast Ohio's HR Leadership Group.
