Eva-Maria Lewkowicz

Prof. Dr. Eva-Maria Lewkowicz is a Professor at the Department of Business Law (FB 7) of the Westphalian University of Applied Sciences since 2000. Her work bridges marketing, strategy, and organizational development with psychodynamic approaches, reflecting a focus on emotional authenticity in leadership and cross-cultural challenges in multinational enterprises.
