Axel Roßdeutscher

Prof. Dr. Axel Roßdeutscher is a Professor of Business Administration, specializing in Human Resources & Organization at the Faculty of Business Law (Fachbereich Wirtschaftsrecht, FB 7) at Westfälische Hochschule. Since April 2024, he serves as Dean of the Faculty. His research focuses on future-oriented personnel management, aging society implications, data-driven decision-making, and agile organizational structures.
