Erin Adams

Erin Adams serves as an Associate Professor in the School of Art and Design within the David Orr Belcher College of Fine and Performing Arts at Western Carolina University, where she maintains an office in Belk Building Room 278 and can be reached at 828.227.2487.

Her research focuses on the intersection of functional space planning and human behavioral responses within interior environments, with particular emphasis on how spatial configurations impact psychological well-being and social interaction. This work bridges technical design principles with environmental psychology through evidence-based design methodologies.
