Dr. Erica Rodriguez (She/Her/Ella) is a faculty member at The Chicago School's College of Graduate and Professional Studies in the Department of Marriage & Family Therapy. As a first-generation queer Latina, she brings over 26 years of experience working with marginalized populations, including dual-diagnosis youth, communities of color, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and those in foster care or the juvenile justice system.

- PsyD from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology (2024)
Her research and clinical focus spans addiction, anxiety disorders, trauma, cultural sensitivity, and social justice. She has developed curricula to enhance cultural competence in mental health services for transgender and gender-expansive adults and has presented nationally on LGBTQIA+ systems of care.
Dr. Rodriguez holds professional memberships in organizations such as the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and the Queer Neuropsychological Society. Her therapeutic orientations include cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems theory, multicultural psychology, and holistic healing.
