Eric Brewer

Eric Brewer is the Director of the Music Program at Waynesburg University where he conducts the Symphonic Band and Brass Ensemble while teaching individual brass lessons. With prior faculty positions at University of Wisconsin-Platteville and Kent State University, he brings extensive performance experience as Principal Trumpet of the Utah Festival Opera and Musical Theater Company, having collaborated with renowned artists including Marnie Nixon and Joy Hermalyn.

His performance career includes solo features with the San Jose Chamber Orchestra, New Music Ensemble at Youngstown State University, and Utah Festival Opera Orchestra. Brewer has recorded with San Jose Chamber Orchestra and Imperial Brass, and performed with professional ensembles nationwide including Dallas Wind Symphony and Wichita Falls Symphony.
