Dr. Ellie Hill is a Principal Lecturer and Course Leader for the PGCert Learning and Teaching in Higher Education (LTHE) at the University of Worcester's School of Education. She holds a PhD in Higher Education student experience and has extensive experience in primary education, teacher training, and academic leadership. Previously, she served as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Northampton and as headteacher of a primary school, driving its improvement from 'special measures' to 'Good' under her leadership.
