Eliora Lubin

Eliora Lubin is a Senior Industry Fellow at the Krach Institute for Tech Diplomacy at Purdue University, where she focuses on technology diplomacy. Her role bridges policy and academia, leveraging her extensive background in U.S. government sectors including the Senate Banking Committee and Department of Defense. She previously served as Egypt Country Director, a Morris B. Abram Fellow at UN Watch, a Bartley Fellow at The Wall Street Journal, and a research assistant at the Brookings Institution.

Education: Eliora studied philosophy, political science, and Persian at the University of Chicago, forming a foundation for her expertise in geopolitical and security issues.

Research Focus: Her interdisciplinary work spans international security frameworks, financial compliance (BSA/AML/CFT), trade policy, sanctions, cybersecurity, and Middle Eastern affairs. She integrates policy experience with academic analysis to address global technology diplomacy challenges.
