David Carew is a Senior Lecturer in Organizational Behaviour at Cranfield School of Management, Cranfield University, with a focus on applied psychology and organizational dynamics. He is a Chartered and Registered Occupational Psychologist, bringing extensive practitioner and leadership experience from public, private, and non-governmental organizations in the UK and Europe.

Publications: His contributions include collaborative book chapters on youth employment support, job search strategies, and disability inclusion in the labor market, alongside a journal article on employment policy and social inclusion.
Professional Leadership:
He previously served as Chief Psychologist and Head of Profession at the UK Department for Work and Pensions, and as Chair of the British Psychological Society's Division of Occupational Psychology. He currently acts as Deputy Chair of the BPS Qualifications Committee.
