Clare Mulligan-Foster

Dr. Clare Mulligan-Foster is a Lecturer at Birkbeck Business School, University of London, working part-time in a job-share arrangement with Dr. Hayley Lewis. She specializes in Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), neuropsychology of workplace behaviors (e.g., decision-making, leadership), and career transitions for older workers. She holds chartered psychologist status from the British Psychological Society (BPS) and is a Chartered Business Psychologist with the Association of Business Psychology.

She co-manages the MRes in Professional Practice in Occupational Psychology, part of the dual-accredited BPS/HCPC Professional Doctorate in Occupational Psychology.
