Daniel Rowland is a Professor of Violin at the Royal College of Music (RCM) in London and a Visiting Professor at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music & Drama (RSAMD) in Glasgow. He is also a renowned soloist, chamber musician, conductor, and artistic director with an international career. Born in London and raised in the Netherlands, he studied with distinguished teachers including Davina van Wely, Viktor Liberman, and Igor Oistrakh. His performances span major venues such as the Concertgebouw (Amsterdam), Carnegie Hall (New York), and the Royal Albert Hall (London), collaborating with orchestras and conductors like the Philharmonia and Muti.
