Dr. Daniel Philippon is an Associate Professor of English at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, affiliated with the College of Liberal Arts. His research focuses on American environmental literature, ecocriticism, food studies, and sustainability. He explores how literary texts shape environmental values and practices, particularly through the lens of food writing and sustainable food systems.
