Dan Abell

Dan Abell is a Lecturer in Human Resource Management at the University of the Sunshine Coast's School of Business and Creative Industries. His research explores employer branding, employee attraction strategies, and human resource development in higher education.

He holds a PhD from the University of Melbourne and has taught at multiple Australian universities, including CQ University and the University of Queensland. His expertise includes tertiary education management and HRM pedagogy.
