Dr. Jacqueline Burgess is a Senior Lecturer in International Business at the University of the Sunshine Coast's School of Business and Creative Industries. As Australia's leading researcher in business and game studies, she directs research on narrative brands, digital media marketing, and creative industries. Her work bridges academic rigor and industry practice through collaborations with companies like Ubisoft.
She holds a PhD in Marketing from the University of the Sunshine Coast, a BBus(Hons), and BArt/Bus. Her teaching focuses on marketing communication, brand management, and interdisciplinary approaches to business education.
