Cynthia F. Greer, Ed.D., M.D.R., M.Ed., is an Adjunct Professor at Lipscomb University’s Institute for Conflict Management. She holds a doctorate in organizational management from Pepperdine University, a master’s in dispute resolution from Pepperdine School of Law, and a master’s in counseling and psychology from Georgia State University. Her expertise spans family/divorce mediation, employment-related disputes, and educational conflict resolution. She has mediated over 1,350 cases since 1994, specializing in high-profile divorces and ADR system development for organizations.
