Tracy Allen

Tracy Allen is an Adjunct Professor at the Institute for Conflict Management at Lipscomb University, specializing in conflict resolution and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). She serves as an international mediator, arbitrator, and ADR trainer, with a focus on commercial, business, and cross-border disputes. Her practice also extends to securities, employment, real estate, family, environmental, insurance, health law, and public policy matters. Allen owns Global Resolutions, PLLC, a Detroit-based conflict resolution firm.

She conducts annual mediation and arbitration trainings globally for legal professionals and the judiciary. Additionally, she lectures at the University of Michigan's Institute of Continuing Legal Education. Her work includes roles as a neutral service provider in early neutral evaluation, summary jury trials, special master assignments, and litigation support analysis.
