Susan D. Mainzer

Susan D. Mainzer, JD, is an Adjunct Professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law’s Dispute Resolution Institute. She specializes in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), focusing on employment, commercial law, family matters, organizational conflict management, and family mediation. As an experienced ADR practitioner, trainer, retreat facilitator, life coach, and organizational development consultant, she co-teaches intensive mediation trainings in civil and workplace contexts at the Mediation Center and leads Mitchell Hamline’s 40-hour Family Mediation course.
