Crystal Cardona

Crystal Cardona serves as the Program Manager of the Diversity & Equity Center and an Instructor in the Women's, Gender, and Ethnic Studies program at Saint Martin’s University. She holds a Master of Social Justice from Loyola University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Cultural Anthropology from Saint Martin’s University.

Her work focuses on social justice, equity, and inclusive education. She previously served as a Jesuit Volunteer in Phoenix, Arizona, and has dedicated her career to fostering community engagement and advocacy. Crystal is affiliated with the College of Arts and Sciences and actively contributes to campus initiatives like the Passport to Careers Program.

As a campus resource, she supports students through the Diversity & Equity Center, emphasizing intersectional approaches to gender, ethnicity, and social justice issues. Her professional background combines academic instruction with community service, reflecting a commitment to applied social change.
