Colleen Loranger

Colleen Loranger is a Lecturer in Teacher Education at Seattle University's College of Education, teaching across MIT and EDLS programs. With dual certification in special education and mathematics, her decade of K-12 and higher education experience informs advocacy for equitable learning environments.

• MEd in Curriculum and Teaching Special Education (Boston University)
• BA in English, Media and Cultural Studies (Macalester College)

Research prioritizes disability justice frameworks, antiracist approaches in special education, and accessibility in elementary mathematics instruction. Recognized as 2023 REEF Racial Equity in Education Fellow for advancing inclusion initiatives.
