Colleen Million

Colleen Million is an Adjunct Professor at Antioch University's Santa Barbara campus (AUSB), affiliated with the Graduate Education & Teaching Credential Programs. She also serves as Principal at Fillmore Elementary School within the Lompoc Unified School District (LUSD).

Her academic and professional work focuses on research-based teacher education, student-centered learning, and restorative practices in education. She teaches social science methods in AUSB's Teacher Education Program and courses in its Nature-Based Early Childhood Education program.

At Fillmore Elementary School, Colleen implements a restorative approach to discipline, school-wide empathy practices, and parent education classes on health, nutrition, and social justice. Her vision emphasizes creating equitable learning environments through healing harm, transforming conflict, and building healthy relationships to support student and family success.
