Colleen Cook is a Full Professor in the School of Information Studies at McGill University and Trenholme Dean of Libraries Emerita. She holds a PhD in Higher Education Administration from Texas A&M University and has extensive experience in library leadership, including roles as Dean at Texas A&M and McGill. Her research focuses on library assessment, service quality evaluation, and trends in research libraries. She has authored over 100 publications and holds an Scopus h-Index of 24.
