Christopher Sagers is the James A. Thomas Distinguished Professor of Law at Cleveland State University School of Law, where he has taught since 2002. His expertise spans antitrust law, administrative law, business organizations, and regulatory economics. He has advised U.S. Congress, testified before legislative bodies, and served as a Visiting Senior Fellow at the U.S. Surface Transportation Board (2023). Sagers holds a BA from the University of Iowa, an MPP and JD from the University of Michigan. He is a prolific scholar, authoring United States v. Apple: Competition in America and co-authoring leading legal texts like Sullivan, Grimes & Sagers: The Law of Antitrust.
