Christopher L. Sagers

Christopher L. Sagers is the James A. Thomas Distinguished Professor of Law at Cleveland State University College of Law, where he has taught since 2002. He is a nationally recognized antitrust scholar who has testified before Congress, advised the U.S. Surface Transportation Board as a Visiting Senior Fellow (2023), and contributed to major antitrust litigation through pro bono consulting and amicus briefs.
