Christine Sheller

Christine Sheller serves as an Adjunct Associate Professor and Senior Vice President of Experience Research and Design at O3, a leading CX consultancy, where she oversees all aspects of UX research and design to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Her educational credentials include:

• Master's in User Experience Design from Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA)
• BFA in Design from Tyler School of Art

Her research and professional focus spans Interaction Design, User Experience Design, and Customer Experience, emphasizing team leadership and award-winning design solutions. She has pioneered methodologies through extensive industry application across financial and technology sectors.

Sheller has led design/UX functions at FS Investments, SIG, Lincoln Financial Group, and Motorola, building multiple award-winning teams. Her industry influence extends to AIGA Philadelphia, where she served as Chapter President and spearheaded the in-house initiative and design scholarship fund through roles in Membership, In-House, and Philadelphia Design Awards leadership.
