Chris Burris

Chris Burris, M.Ed., is an Instructional Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at The University of Tulsa, part of the College of Engineering & Natural Sciences. With over two decades of experience in design, animation, and computer graphics, he bridges academia and industry through his teaching and research.

• Education: M.Ed. from Pittsburg State University, B.S. from the University of Central Oklahoma

Research Interests: Span 3D graphics and animation, immersive media/XR, game design, AI-driven creativity, spatial storytelling, simulation techniques, and digital fabrication. His work emphasizes interdisciplinary learning and real-world applications.
