Chris Bell

Chris Bell is Professor of Organization Studies at Schulich School of Business, focusing on ethics, justice, and conflict resolution. He founded the Organisational Justice research group and studies how identity shapes moral decision-making.

Research Focus: Social identity in contractual relationships, negotiation dynamics, and ethical frameworks in organizations. Aims to reduce aggression in workplace conflicts.
