Taya R. Cohen

Dr. Taya R. Cohen is a Professor of Organizational Behavior and Business Ethics at Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business. She co-directs the Collaboration and Conflict Research Lab and teaches courses on negotiation, managing teams, and ethical decision-making. Her research focuses on unethical behavior, honesty promotion, and conflict resolution in organizational settings.
