He is a multi-award-winning screenwriter, producer, and author with extensive industry experience across film, television, and literature. His professional roles include work with major studios (ABC, Paramount, NBC, Universal, CBS, Fox) and leadership at Visilex Productions. Kipps has served as a lecturer and judge for the Writers Guild of America and hosts webinars for Script magazine.
