Dr. Carmen Culotta serves as a Research Associate at the University of Cincinnati's Evaluation Services Center, leading projects focused on K-12 family/school partnerships, community mental health, and STEM higher education initiatives. Previously, she worked as an Associate Trial Consultant and taught at Wright State University's Department of Psychology (2014-2019). She currently teaches PRFS 1001, a first-year experience course for Education, Criminal Justice, and Human Services majors at UC.

Beyond academia, she actively engages in community service: serving as an Executive Board Member of the Norris Cole Foundation (2018-19) for youth literacy, a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Montgomery County Juvenile Court (2017-2023), and a member of Dayton City Commission's Police Use of Force Committee (2022).
