About
Carla Gulotta is an Associate Professor of International Law at the University of Milano-Bicocca, where she teaches International Trade Law, International Economic Law, and European Union Law. She holds a Ph.D. in International Law from Rome University La Sapienza and serves on the Professors’ Commission for the PhD in Juridical Sciences at the University of Milano-Bicocca. A member of the Italian Society of International Law (ISIL), she also co-directs the Master program 'Sustainability in Law, Finance and Management (SiLFiM)' at the same institution.

- Globalization and worker participation
- Land and resource rights in investment contexts
- Jurisdictional frameworks for employment contracts
