Laura Baccaglini

Laura Baccaglini is a Full Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Trento, with extensive academic and professional engagement in civil procedural law, insolvency, and international dispute resolution. She holds a PhD from the University of Urbino and has taught at institutions including the University of Innsbruck, Sapienza University of Rome, and the University of Milan. Her institutional roles include membership in the Court of Appeal of Trento and leadership in national orientation and tutoring programs.

Her recent publications focus on jurisdiction in corporate crisis, cross-border enforcement of insolvency decisions, and the interplay between arbitration and bankruptcy. She examines COMI (Center of Main Interests), opposition to enforcement, and revocatory actions, reflecting a consistent trajectory in procedural complexity and international harmonization.
