Giuseppe Miccolis is a Full Professor of Civil Procedural Law at the Department of Legal Sciences of the University of Salento (Italy). He holds an LL.M. from the University of Bari (1984) and a Doctorate in Civil Procedural Law (1992). He has been a visiting scholar at Harvard University (1990-1995) and served as Associate Professor at the University of Bari (1998-2000) before moving to Salento in 2000.
