Virginie Colaiuta is a Visiting Fellow at The Dickson Poon School of Law, King's College London, and a member of the Centre for Construction Law. She is also a partner at LMS Legal LLP, specializing in international arbitration related to construction and energy projects. Admitted as a Solicitor in England & Wales, Attorney in New York, and Avocat à la Cour in France, she brings multinational legal expertise to her work.

Research interests include procedural public policy in international arbitration, comparative construction law, and defects and liability under French law. She lectures at the University of Stuttgart’s Master of Business Engineering program and contributes to international legal discourse through publications and committee roles.
