Cara Levine is an Adjunct Associate Professor in Fine Arts, Foundation, and Interdisciplinary Studies at Otis College of Art and Design. She holds a BFA from the University of Michigan (2007) and MFA from California College of the Arts (2012). Her multidisciplinary practice explores intersections of physicality, trauma, and social engagement through sculpture, video, and participatory projects.

- Disability arts and accessibility
- Community-based artistic interventions
- Metaphysical explorations through material practice

Levine founded and directs This Is Not A Gun, a multidisciplinary initiative creating awareness through collective action. She has participated in residencies worldwide including Santa Fe Art Institute, The Arctic Circle, and Anderson Ranch, while maintaining involvement in disability arts communities since 2011.
