Cailin Morrison

Cailin Morrison is a Senior Lecturer in Law and former Academic Subject Lead in Law (2022–2025) at the School of Business and Law, University of Brighton. She teaches across undergraduate and postgraduate law programs, including the LLB and LLM in Law and Social Justice, and serves as a visiting guest lecturer at the Brighton and Sussex Medical School and the University of Chester.

Her research centers on international trade law, intellectual property rights, and global health policy, with a focus on public health equity in low- and middle-income countries. She investigates the intersection of WTO TRIPS obligations and distributive justice, aiming to reform trade norms during public health crises.

Although no recent publications are listed, her scholarly work consistently engages with international legal frameworks, health policy, and development law, particularly in the Global South.
