Henning Grosse Ruse-Khan

Henning Grosse Ruse-Khan is Professor of Law at the University of Cambridge and Co-Director of the Centre for Intellectual Property and Information Law. As Fellow of King's College, his research examines international intellectual property regimes, trade-investment law interfaces, and digital platform governance.

Research analyzes regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies and automation's impact on content protection. Current projects investigate intellectual property's role in sustainable development and historical justice claims.

Serves as legal expert for WIPO and advises governments on trade agreement provisions. Authored foundational texts on IP protection in international law and investment treaties.
