Dr. Bridget Z. Sheng is a Professor of Educational Leadership at Western Illinois University (WIU), affiliated with the College of Education & Human Services and the School of Education. She earned her Ph.D. in Educational Psychology: Measurement and Statistics from the University of Missouri – Columbia in 2007. Since joining WIU, she has instructed graduate programs in MSED, Ed.
