Benjamin Van Roy

Benjamin Van Roy is a Professor at Stanford University since 1998, affiliated with the Departments of Electrical Engineering and Management Science and Engineering, and the Institute for Computational and Mathematical Engineering. He leads the Efficient Agent Team at Google DeepMind and previously held leadership roles at Morgan Stanley, Unica, and Enuvis. He holds SB, SM, and PhD degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from MIT, advised by John Tsitsiklis.
