Austin Parsons

Austin Parsons is Senior Lecturer in Paramedic Science at the University of Greenwich's School of Health Sciences. With 13 years' experience at South East Coast Ambulance Service, his expertise spans urgent care, clinical practice development, and paramedic education. He leads the Graduate Diploma in Enhanced Clinical Practice and contributes to HEE's First Contact Practitioner programme.

Research interests focus on clinical decision-making in pre-hospital settings and community-based care models. He collaborates with Health Education England on paramedic career development initiatives across Southeast England.
