Concurrently, he works as an Advanced Paramedic in Urgent Care and Incident Response Officer at LAS, maintaining operational clinical duties.
His educational background includes a first degree from University College London (UCL), followed by a nursing career before joining LAS. Professional progression saw him rise from Paramedic to Station Officer managing 160 staff through roles including Clinical Team Manager and Duty Officer.
Neil specializes in advancing paramedic practice, pioneering Emergency Care Practitioner and Advanced Paramedic Practitioner in Urgent Care roles.
