Dr. Ashley Lamm is a Professor in the Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry at Eastern Washington University, where she focuses on organic chemistry and equity in STEM education. Her research emphasizes synthesizing degradable polymers and implementing peer-based equity practices. She currently leads the NSF Noyce Scholarship Grant as Principal Investigator, aiming to improve equitable learning outcomes. Previously, she served as CSTEM’s Faculty Fellow for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice.
Dr. Lamm holds a PhD in Chemistry and is committed to advancing inclusive teaching methodologies. Her work bridges laboratory research in polymer chemistry with pedagogical innovations to address systemic barriers in STEM disciplines.
