Dr Ash Murphy is a Senior Lecturer in Law at Manchester Metropolitan University, specializing in international climate law, environmental security, and the role of the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) in addressing climate challenges. He holds a PhD in International Climate Law and Securitisation from Keele University, alongside an LLM in International Law and an LLB from Liverpool University.
